TCEP is synergizing architecture and virtual reality within the UNMC iEXCEL program

The Clark Enersen Partners uses a wide variety of tools to help our clients visualize their projects prior to construction. From simple sketches to photorealistic renderings or high-end videos, we understand the importance of bringing ideas to life before any dirt is moved. Taking it further, the use of immersive virtual reality allows users to insert themselves into a virtual world in order to further enhance their understanding of the built environment. This technology has been used for years in the aeronautics and military world, but it is now becoming more common for other industries like architecture and even health education.

The Clark Enersen Partners will soon capitalize on the synergies of architecture and virtual reality through the design of the UNMC Global Center for Advanced Interprofessional Learning (GCAIL) project. This facility will house the Interprofessional Experiential Center for Enduring Learning (iEXCEL) program, which was created to improve health education, competency attainment, and patient outcomes through the use of cutting-edge simulation and virtual reality.
