With more than 15 years of experience, Rick has worked on most of our recent teaching and research laboratory projects. His forte lies in his attention to detail, whether it is writing project specifications, developing phasing options, or providing detailed cost estimates. He brings a multifaceted perspective to the project team by virtue of his previous background as a facilities project manager. His "owner" mentality proves invaluable when it comes to understanding project staging and maintaining project schedules. As as a LEED accredited professional, he challenges the team to incorporate sustainable technologies and ultra-efficient systems into the building design.
